Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Dom Q ("we," "us," or "our") builds and publishes mobile applications and games. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website (dom-q.com) and the apps we publish (collectively, the "Services"). We designed our Services to collect as little personal information as possible.
1. Information We Collect
Most of our apps work without asking you to create an account or provide personal information. Depending on the specific app and features you use, we may handle:
- Information you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Usage and device data. Apps and analytics tools may collect non-identifying technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and general usage events to help us fix bugs and improve the product.
- Purchase information. If an app offers paid features or in-app purchases, those transactions are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of a purchase but never your full payment card details.
Individual apps disclose their specific data practices on their App Store product page ("App Privacy" section) and, where applicable, within the app itself.
2. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our apps and website;
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems;
- Respond to your questions and support requests;
- Understand which features are used so we can prioritize improvements; and
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to deliver our Services, which may process data on our behalf, including:
- Apple — for app distribution, in-app purchases, and (if you opt in) crash reporting and analytics via App Store Connect. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides security and performance services.
- Analytics or crash-reporting tools — used within some apps to collect aggregate, non-identifying diagnostics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Children's Privacy
5. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Email correspondence is retained so we can provide support and maintain records; diagnostic data is retained in aggregate for a limited period.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Users
We operate our Services from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in and transferred to the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted within the relevant app or on this page.
